Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

At SimpliFinance, we stand behind the quality of our content and services. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our Premium Plan.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.


Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are only available for new Premium subscribers.

  • The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Refunds apply only to the initial payment. Renewals and subsequent charges are not eligible.


How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, email [support@simplifinancellc.com] with the subject line “Refund Request – Premium Plan” and include:

  • Your full name

  • Email address associated with the account

  • Date of purchase

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.


Additional Notes:

  • This policy applies to the Premium Plan only. Other plans or services are not covered by this refund policy.

  • Abuse of this policy may result in denial of future refund requests.
